Slaughter. This is the first book in the Grant County series featuring Sara
Linton who is the town of Heartsdale’s pediatrician and part-time coroner and
police chief Jeffrey Tolliver who is also Sara’s ex-husband.
The synopsis from the author’s website is: “A small Georgia
